In order for me to better understand and educate others concerning the activites accompanying alcohol and other drugs, I need to be educated myself also. These surveys will give me a chance to use vital information and statistics to help me with my personal crusade.
If you have ever partook in any drug related activities, on any level, your answers will help. If you DO NOT use alcohol or drugs please answer all questions excluding number one (1). Please answer the following questions and send your responses via email. The term activities will be used in reference to alcohol and other drugs, respectfully.

01. What is your reasoning for initially partaking in these activities?
02. How were you first exposed to these activities?
03. How old were you were you when you were first exposed, and how old were you when you started?
04. Did your parents ever have the "drug discussion" with you as a child?
05. Does your immediate family practice the same opinions and views as yourself, or do they participate in alike activities?
06. If/when you have children, will you have the "drug discussion" with them, or will you let them discover it on their own through their peers?
07. Do you think we should have programs in schools that bring the truth and educate our youth concerning these activities?
08. Do you think we should have programs for both youth and adults who seek help to discontinue these behaviors for whatever their reason, or should it not be the governments problem?
09. Do you think participating in drug related activities can INDIRECTLY affect other UNRELATED aspects of your life? (ie. school, job, family life)
10. Do you think surveys on drugs and alcohol used to help others better understand your behavior really work?
